Serious: Do not order anything from Ambrosia Systems, they do not refund any money.

I ordered the NightRider Sensor for my FreeStyle Libre from Ambrosia Systems Inc back in January, it has been shipped back mid of January but I am still waiting for my refund. The ignore emails and most of my Facebook messages as well.

The way Ambrosia Systems Inc. treats its customers is a nightmare! They simply ignore emails and most of the facebook messages about my refund, and if they answer, its nothing but basically „we can’t do anything about it, it’s your problem“.

I live in Berlin, Germany and in January I ordered a NightRider Sensor on the website, payed shipping included 135 USD. After approx. 14 days the package arrived in Berlin and was stored at the delivery companys office around my corner. However I was not able to pick it up within 7 days so it was shipped back by the delivery company to Ambrosia Systems Inc. address. Since March (2 month later) I am requested my refund several times, but nothing happend. Furthermore Ambrosia Systems Inc. address was apparently written wrong on the label so it could not be delivered back to their office (which I found out after some research).

I tried to contact the customer service several times but, my refund request has always been ignored.

In Ambrosia Systems Inc. FAQ it says: "If you are a consumer within the European Economic Area (EEA), you may return any ordered product by notice to Ambrosia within 14 days after you became in physical possession of the product. You are not required to state any reason for the return."

"The product shall be shipped back to Ambrosia within 14 days after the notice has been given. The purchase price and all other costs connected to the order will be reimbursed by Ambrosia. However, you are responsible for covering the return shipment costs to Ambrosia."

As written above, the package has never been on my physical possession and has been shipped back within 7 days. I am a student and money is always tight. So I am dependent on every cent and have to be really careful of how I spend my money.

Learn form my mistake and do not order anything from that company, their customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced.
