Hello! I hope this is acceptable to post here. I'm not diabetic, but my adorable cat was and he's now in diabetic remission! He's been off insulin for about 8 weeks and is doing great. Unfortunately, right before the vet discovered he was in remission, I bought a new vial of Lantus. It has been sitting in my fridge since then, cap still on, never shaken or mishandled.
Knowing how expensive insulin is and that many people can't afford theirs, I'd love to be able to give it to someone in need, but I have no idea how to go about doing so. Does anyone know if it'd be possible to get this Lantus to someone who has trouble affording it? Thank you!
And of course, here's a picture of the no-longer-diabetic cat :) https://imgur.com/PWbF38Z
