So weird how some lows just feel bad, but then you eat and once your levels recover you feel normal again and don't skip a beat. Some lows, however, just suck all of the energy out and even 20 minutes after I've recovered I just want to go to sleep.
I just had one of those at work and now I'm sitting here waiting for a meeting that isn't for 45 minutes and all I want to do is lay my head down and sleep at my desk.
Doesn't seem to matter what the actual BS number was, some lows just have more of a physical impact than others. I'm sure its (lack of) sleep or something hormonal.
Keep on keepin on my fellow diabetics.
