mySugr amazing customer service

I've been using the mySugr app since diagnosis a few months ago (I love the A1c estimation). I aim for tight control and test a lot, so last month I signed up for unlimited test strips. I recently went out of town due to a death in the family, and I missed a delivery of strips. I contacted support to ask if a box could be shipped to where I am. The customer support rep Kirsten informed me that it is possible but it would take longer than I would be here. Irritated, I didn't respond and resigned myself to using my other, non-Bluetooth meter. A day later, she followed up and asked me how things are and if there was anything more she could do. I said it was a moot point because I'd be back home before the replacement shipment arrived. She suggested I go to a pharmacy and buy a box of strips, send her a picture of the box and the receipt, and they would credit my account! Wow, I'm just blown away by this customer service right now.
