Today I went to get cortisone injections in both knees and he wouldn't do both. When I asked why not he said because it messed with diabetes. I got home and tested myself and it was 295 holy crap I haven't had a reading that high in months the Dr. wasn't joking. But I also had to factor in that I had pizza rice and juice after the visit but my glucose levels have never spiked that high the only difference was the cortisone be careful. I go back in two weeks for the othe knee.......maybe.
