What blood sugar patterns do you have?

I am wondering what other patterns there are.

For me 10 carbonhydrates rises blood sugar by 2mmol/l. 1 unit of insulin lowers by 2mmol/l. This only started happening after couple years of diabetes. I have type 1.

The nightly descent and rising back up. After I start sleeping, my blood sugar decreases by ~2mmol/l during first half of the night and then rises ~1-2mmol/l higher than compared to blood sugar before going to sleep. This is seperate from the morning rise in my case. There are some exceptions to this nightly phenomenom. Rarely during nights my blood sugar does this rapid spiking pattern until morning where it dips down by about 1mmol/l during the next 20 minutes and rises by the same amount in about same time only to repeat. I think it might be related to stress in my case? If my blood sugar is about 9mmol/l when I start sleeping, it wont descent during the first half of the night. Instead it'll rise during night until morning by about 5mmol/l.

The morning rise near and after the wakeup time. I need to take extra 3 units of insulin to combat this rise of blood sugar. I think it had something do with hormones or something like that causing insuline resistance for few hours? Correct me if I am wrong.

The evening rise. This only activates if I eat or drink anything but water. Even drinking coffee around 4-6pm can cause the rise of the blood sugar. This rise requires 3 extra units of insuline too.

The nightly rise. Activates even without eating and takes place around 9pm-12pm.

Doing sports has little to none effect on my blood sugar.

If I dont eat anything during day my blood sugar stays perfectly still so I doubt I am not taking enough long lasting insuling, levemir. I take it each morning and night. I've tried taking more without effect. I take novorapid when I eat.
