I’m always trying to do better and I can say I’m pretty excited that I’m making progress. I fell off the wagon about a year or so ago and am just now starting to recover from it. I still have a ways to go but it’s nice to see an improvement. I had a doctor appointment today and it was nice to have the doctor happy and not dissatisfied with me. Ok that’s all sorry for the poor grammar and all I’m just pretty pumped.
