Whats a good ratio for a drink that is high is sucrose and low in acid?

Cant find a decent ratio online. Recently had a hyper glycemic attack (not fun, AT ALL).

Anyways, I work in construction, and have been drinking juice boxes like a mad man. And of course, the acid in the juice is wrecking havoc on my stomach. So as the title says, I'm curious on what ratios of water to syrup/sugar work for everyone.
