I haven’t been diagnosed but have been showing a few signs of prediabetes. I decided to cut out (almost) all processed foods and most sugar except for fruit. I tried a monkfruit sweetener and it seems too good to be true! It doesn’t have a weird aftertaste and it bakes just like sugar! Am I missing something? Is this a good sub for when I wanna sweeten something? Has anyone tried this stuff? It was so cheap at Winco!
