Defective G6 insertion device failed to retract insertion needle after deploying, lodging the sensor in the applicator while stuck to me. Had to break the sensor, which is still tuck in the applicator. Thanks to COVID-19 I won’t hear back anything from Dexcom for up to 72hrs.
