Hello everyone!
I recently found out that I’m a type 2 diabetic. Ive been meal preping for the last month or 2 but really wanna get strict on my diet and shed as much weight as I can to try to reverse or lessen the effects of it. The meals that I have made so far are okay (alot of salmons, roasted veggies, etc...) but i would really like to add some variety to my meals. If anyone currently has any recipes/ideas please feel free to drop them below! One thing to note, along with the diabetes, ive also had a history of high blood pressure a keto quite possibly might not be the best solution for me. If you feel strongly about it or have experience in this, please let me know! Any advice or tips would be greatly appriciated.
