My father has diabetes and I am looking for recipes.

Now before you blast the comment section with GOOGLE BITCH, hear me out.

First, I tried talking to my father about artifical sweetners but he says he dislikes their taste and would rather that I just bake stuff with minimal amounts of sugar. How bad will it be if lets say I decrease the amount of sugar in normal recipes by 1/5? will it affect the total result? if so, how?

Also, I am interested in baking dough, like pizza, bread etc, I don't live in the US so I don't have access to all these special flours like almod flour which I saw online. Which flours should be available anywhere and are diabetic friendly?

Last, if you got any recipes you can vouch for, hit me up!

Thanks for your time :)
