4pm. Blood sugar is around 5.5.
5pm, lazy dinner, eat a bowl of Corn Flakes and do like 8 units.
6pm. Sugar is 24. Do 18 units.
7pm. Sugar is 25. Do 25 units.
8pm. Sugar is 23. Do 10 units.
9pm. Sugar is 5.5. Roller coaster has entered the station. Grabbing a juice box to take to bed because it should be expected to drop another 2-3 points (even though this much anti-sugar should have me at like, negative 45...)
Gotta love it! I was about due for a nonsensical evening from hell, its been a good month or two!
