In June I was diagnosed with Type 1 at about 6 weeks pregnant with a A1C of 11.7. Today after a super intense few months of learning how to be diabetic I am just over 18 weeks pregnant with a A1C of 5.1! Waiting on the 20 week abnormality scan, but so far baby is looking absolutely perfect, healthy and growing well. It's definitely been a stressful ride but I'm so happy and proud of getting my A1C down.
