Started the year with 40/90 days in range (A1C at 7.2 and diabetic for almost 20 years). Worked hard with the help of this sub to reach 90/90 days for the first time ever (A1C is now 6.4). Wasn’t easy and had a bad bout of Vertigo that kept me from eating right for weeks. Thanks for the help!
