Im a 35 year old Male who weighs 254 pounds. Im diabetic but with metformin my blood sugar levels are perfect. I don't drink alcohol. This is the first time it happened. Just now. I sleep on the couch with no blanket. Our houses AC is comfortably set at 70 to 71.
