Hello!
So, I got a letter from my glorious insurance, telling me that they don't want to cover my Freestyle lite test strips anymore, and that I can get a Accu-chek or a onetouch meter instead. BUT, I could go to my doctor and whine to her about getting them to cover the freestyle strips instead. (The onetouch meter might be a bit more difficult to get. It doesn't actually TELL me how to get one.... )
Now, presumably, the cost should run about the same after insurance??? so I'm mostly just curious about accuracy and... reliably and.. y'know, the other things I should worry about. :P Whatever those are.
I'm not too complicated, honestly.
Just being asked to make a decision by my husband and insurance company that I wasn't prepared to make, haha.
Anyway, thank you! Your opinion is appreciated!
