Hey guys, I've been having some problems with my dexcom G5 and was hoping somebody here might be able to help. The other day at work my transmitter had been knocked loose towards the end of the day without me realizing. So when I went back in the next day looked for it, but I couldn't find it anywhere (it had probably been thrown out during cleanup during the night). It wasn't too big a deal as I had another transmitter I'd be using in a few weeks anyway. I set everything up for the new transmitter (I brought it to work with me in case I couldn't find the old one), but when I tried to get it paired with my iPod it kept coming up after half an hour that the transmitter wasn't found. I figured it was due to the Wi-Fi at my job being kind of spotty. But now I've been trying to get it paired for 2 days at work, at home, as well at my girlfriends house and also I've tried pairing it with the dexcom G5 receiver, but no matter what I try the transmitter doesn't seem to pair with ant devices. I've sent an email to dexcoms technical support team, but last time I had an issue they took quite awhile to get back to me. Thank you so much for any tips or advice you guys might be able to give
