How to keep air bubbles out of your reservoir for good?

I've been T1 for 4+ years now, but it seems recently every time I've changed my site there's been a ton of bubbles in my reservoir, and I don't know why. Is there a way to keep them out? And whenever I push them out and refill it again they seem to come back. Thanks!
