U-200 in a Medtronic pump

My doctor recently switched me from MDI to a pump, using the U-200 I've been on so as not to have to switch sites every 2 days. It's super off label (both Medtronic and Lilly say very sternly to never use U-200 in a pump), but everything I read online indicates that the reason they warn against it is because people are mostly terrible at math (I'm great at math) and their lawyers don't think people can avoid hypos with U-200.

So my first infusion site, the one the trainer did with me, failed after 2 days. The insulin was not working, no matter how much I took my sugars kept rising, and when I removed the insulin it was cloudy. Which got me thinking maybe the U-200 is in some way different operationally, causing the site failure.

Has anyone successfully used U-200 in any of the Medtronic pumps that use the current infusion and tubing? Has anyone had any issues?

Thanks in advance.
