Curious about intermittent fasting?

I will obviously be consulting my endo about this with my next appointment, just curious as to what you all think and anyone with experience?

Do you skip breakfast, or do you eat 5 days a week, or do you only eat within the hours of 12pm and 8pm? I feel like there's so many methods available, and I know there is more and more research pointing to how this is actually a healthier and more beneficial way of eating.

Just curious if anyone has experience as a diabetic? (I'm type 1 myself)
