I was just diagnosed with type 2 with a blood sugar level of 350. I used to drink Gatorade all the time. I mean a lot of Gatorade. Like, 4-5 32oz a day, maybe more. After being diagnosed I have only drank water, or some flavored water with aspartame. I've been eating the same though because I figured getting rid of all the sugar from Gatorade was a good start. All of a sudden I can't see when I have my glasses on. It feels better to not have them on. Am I even making my number go down? I don't even know if cutting out the Gatorade is helping. Thank you for helping a clueless guy out. Sorry if this is stupid, just don't know where else to look.
