Has anyone else's sensor applicator gotten stuck lately? I just had my 2nd one fail to release this month! Needle didn't retract and sensor didn't come away from the applicator, it's super frustrating. What's also annoying is that this is a sensor Dexcom sent me to replace one that only lasted 5 days. Seems like I'm having a lot of quality issues lately that I haven't really had in the last 5ish years of using Dexcom. Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problems?
Two months ago I also had a transmitter fail and sent that back to them, a month later the applicator got stuck for the first time ever for me, sent that back too. A few days ago a sensor failed after 5 days, and now the replacement for it got stuck. I've had almost no issues in 5 years of using Dexcom and have not been doing anything differently with placement or treatment. I will say they've been great about sending replacements, it's just frustrating to have all these issues at once, especially when it's costing me so much, and now it'll be about 6 days without a sensor by the time I get a replacement, the longest I've gone in 5 years.
