I went from a super active job last week to sitting on my butt most of the day this week due to covid. I'm struggling a lot with my body thinking it needs way more food (which I did need last week) than it actually does now. My sugars are all over the place from me trying to eat things that will satisfy the hunger but taking into account the actual level of activity currently, which is one hour long walk with the dog and maybe a bike ride if I'm really stir crazy. I know adjustment takes time, but I wish it would go faster.
Anyone else in this boat? What are you doing to adjust?
