x-drip question

So I'm looking into getting a Samsung watch. I also know that you can display your dexcom information to your Samsung watch using x-drip. My question is, will using x-drip take away the option to use the dexcom app on my phone (if I understand correctly, dexcom only let's you have two receivers at a time). I like family members too be able to follow me using dexcom follow.
