I was throwing batting practice today before a game. My pump site felt weird so I looked and it had come off. Probably from sweating, never had that happen.
I ran to CVS to get needles since we were an hour from home. I was just going to pull insulin from the cartridge. Pharmacist says it is company policy that she can't sell me some unless I have a insulin prescription with them. There is no legal reason. I went to Meijer and bought some without a problem.
When I got back to my car I reached to my glove compartment to store the needles....there were needles already in there....oops.
