I was born with a bicuspid aortic valve, and diagnosed type 1 diabetic almost 2 years ago, I'm only 26 but feel like I'm consistently hypertensive except when sleeping and lying down, and that my condition is progressing.. after meals I have a bounding pulse (heart beats harder) and it feels like my heart is doing a lot more work than it should be. Sometimes I get weird feelings down my left arm and chest that feels like anxiety. My blood pressure is always high at doctor's office but found to be normal while lying down/sleeping. I actually can't test myself without freaking out and making my BP go high so I can't see where I actually stand, I'm just going off of previous hospital results. I'm talking 100/70 while laying down and calm in a bed. But 170/100 while sitting at doctor's office. I feel like my body is just breaking down on me. I've lost hair, I'm anxious, and im constantly moving/shaking my leg to mask the feeling of a bounding pulse. If I stay still I can feel my heart thumping hard and clear as day. As far as diabetes goes, my a1c is around 7
Is there anyone here in a similar situation that can share their experience with me?
