If a boss says that an employee can just give injections and check their blood sugar in these restroom, then what should the employee say if they don't want to do that?

There's no proof that its unsanitary but I still dont feel comfortable with it.

I don't mind going into the breakroom to check my bs and take insulin, but I think asking me to do it in the restroom is a bit.. mean?
