Those bastards actually claim that my visit to the ER, when I was diagnosed, which was by order of the pediatrician, was unwarranted. Wow. Apparently we, who knew basically nothing about diabetes at time of diagnosis, and so could not know whether to go to the ER and HAD to listen to the pediatrician, were wrong to go there. Because I apparently need a BG of 600+, nonstop vomiting, confusion, or big problems with blood to go to ER. Keep in mind the doctors at the ER said nothing about us coming there being the wrong decision. My sugar was 400, and my A1C was 14. Fuck insurance. Fuck this, these people are literally gonna burn in hell
