I had a honey milk tea boba and I hadn’t had one before and it skyrocketed my blood sugar. Also I think my pump site failed so I checked my blood sugar and my meter won’t even read it because it’s so high. I haven’t had this high of a blood sugar in years and I feel so bad. I changed my pump site and had an insulin shot to kickstart the process. I feel like it’s all my fault event though my CGM wasn’t reading my blood sugar so I couldn’t have known. I’ve had T1D for almost 11 years and I can’t believe it got this high. Any advice? Is it my fault?
