9/18/2018 - A1C was 13.5 when I was DXd. It was a total shock to me.
8/30/2019 - A1C was 5.4 due to lots of paying attention to the little things
9/1/2020 - A1C is 5.4! I’m happy to Keep this train rolling. Let’s see what it is next year.
For anyone struggling with this, just take each day as it comes and don’t beat yourself up over a test or tests that are out of line with your expectations. Just take a deep breath and come back swinging the next time.
