Pump troubles

Got a Tandem X2 a few weeks ago, so I wanted to ask more experienced pumpers is there is something I'm missing here.

Relevant info: Dx March 2017, CorrF 100, Carb 1:30g, Target 100.

Last 3 days I've had issues with insulin/pumping. It started when I woke up at about 2am from my Dexcom going off with a high alarm, BG at 150. This never happens (usually sleep is steady around 90-100), so I wondered if it was due to a low carb snack before bed (I doubt it was that). Next morning, BG @ 130ish, dosed for a bagel 40g + correction, and ate about 15-20 mins later as usual. BG skyrocketed to 180ish (rarely has happened since pumping). Waited a few hours, no drop. Dosed a correction, still barely any decrease. Changed pump site and noticed some blood in the cannula. Dosed again and finally saw a regular decrease.

Next day, same thing happened all over again! No response to insulin. Changed sites again, dosed again, saw a normal decrease and all was good.... until today. Back to the drawing board. I don't want to keep doing site changes daily. That makes no sense. Now I'm wondering if it's a change in carb ratios or correction factor.

Is there something I'm missing??
