Hello everyone
I was rushed to emergency last weekend with a kidney stone and during the blood tests they discovered I was a diabetic blood level was about 17.8?.
I knew I was high risk my father has it and his mother had it, My prognosis is that I had it for a while and didn't know they have put me as type 2 but will need insulin to keep my sugar levels under control
What advice would you give to someone in the early stages (what are the best dos and don'ts) in particular physical exercises that helped with controlling sugar levels
I visit a dietitian next month and we go through health plans and everything
I know and appreciate everyone's circumstances are different so any advice given I'll discuss with my health advisors
